Scott's birthday went great yesterday. I made him a cake from scratch. Three layer devil's chocolate with cream filling and buttercream frosting. The decorating was nothing spectacular but for my first attempt I think it was pretty good.
We first went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner with my family and let it slip to the waitress that it was his birthday. He got to ride the saddle, haha.

Decorating cakes is a bit harder than you thought isn't it!? It looks good either way! Scotty looks so natural on that saddle! hehe
